A couple weeks ago we got together with some friends and drove up to Salt Lake for a fun date night. We shopped around first at H & M (not as impressed as my first time). Later we ate at the cutest and yummiest little diner, Hire's Big H (great root beer!). To end the night, we walked around Temple Square to see the lights. As always, it was beautiful! Although, I think when we have kids it will be more fun.
Others highlights of the night included walking 7 blocks for hot chocolate and then Star Bucks being closed, gasping at the price of paintings in Deseret Book and finally getting hot chocolate. :)
i LOVE hire's! my father-in-law's cousin's family owns it, and every time my husband's family goes there they always buys the root beer extract haha. it's so good!
