Gibby Girls Retreat: Summer edition

At the last minute, just days after returning from Florida, I decided I would go to the Gibby Girls Retreat. (The women on Nate's side of the family get together once a year for a "retreat.") I went last October and had so much fun. I knew I would be super lame for not going this time especially since Nate's mom and younger sisters would be there. I am so glad I did! I love his family :)

 The pool was visited and enjoyed daily.

Always the perfect hostesses, Lora and Shellese had cute little gifts for us upon arrival.

We played Minute to Win It on Sunday night as Kasey demonstrates here.

 Shellese made this delicious chocolate raspberry cake!! 

We took turns wheeling Shellese around the mall per doctor's orders. I think she enjoyed it more than she claimed ;)

Lora introduced us to Raising Cane's. A chicken place almost as good as Zaxby's back home. They even have a similar sauce. Needless to say, I ate there twice in one day.

Aaaaand, we went to Cirque du Soleil! So so amazing!! If you ever have the chance to go, you should.

We had dessert at Max Brenners afterwards. So fancy and fun.
